4A. Messages from Rotor

4B. Messages from Rotor’s Client Businesses
When you provide your phone number to a business that uses Rotor and consent to receive text messages, you may receive:

- Promotional or marketing messages from that business, if you have separately opted in
Messages are sent by the business you interacted with, but are delivered through Rotor’s platform. Messages from the business are subject to the same opt-out and assistance instructions outlined below under “Important details about SMS messaging.”

- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
- Message frequency may vary
- Reply "STOP" to opt out at any time

Third-party service providers:
- We use messaging providers such as Twilio to deliver SMS communications
- Your phone number and related data may be shared with these services solely for communication delivery
- We may create dedicated messaging accounts (sub-accounts) through our providers to manage communications on behalf of each business
- Rotor and its client businesses will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or other personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes
5. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no online method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your personal data or account associated with Rotor, you may submit a request by emailing us at support@getrotor.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. Once verified, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days of the request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or tax compliance).
